JBL Pro & FLUX:: Immersive

For JBL Pro and FLUX:: Immersive, we were briefed to address a core industry tension: the difficulty of scaling immersive audio content. To tackle this, we developed a 45-minute live narrative designed to earn trust through demonstration rather than just claims. The goal was to make Flux’s complex software updates feel accessible, functional, and ready for the real world.

Approach

We anchored the experience in a “Universe of Sound,” led by the “Audio-Naut” mascot through a series of sensory portals. Using a 7-screen wrap-around LED setup and generative visuals, we shifted the room’s atmosphere from ambient forests to high-impact theme parks, to bustling cityscapes in seconds. This transformation proved the technology’s versatility physically, turning a warehouse-style demo space into a museum, an awards show, and a live music venue.

Outcome

The strategy successfully pivoted FLUX:: from a technical software suite into a tangible commercial solution. By leading with a live narrative, we earned trust and kept the room at capacity for every session. We proved that Flux is a scalable solution rather than just a tool, ensuring its potential across the entire venue landscape felt physical.
