Matteo is the Founder and CEO of mccglc. After studying Architecture in Florence, he moved into the exhibition space in 1999 and formed mccglc. He relocated the agency to Milan and then to London – he believes the city is the perfect creative hub to lead a truly international team with a diverse range of in-house capabilities.
Matteo recognises that change is fundamental in life and consistently looks for new ways to improve the business by designing new ways of working. Having worked with some of the world’s leading brands, Matteo is a hugely experienced live communications expert and his input into the project is invaluable.
Adapting to change became more important than ever during the 2020 pandemic. Matteo led the company through a major pivot, inventing the digital events platform SPACEIN, and reimagining what the events world of the future could be.

His current past time is street photography, as this provides him an escape whereby he is at the mercy of the subjects in shot, with only the frame in his control. Despite having taken many incredible pictures capturing human interaction, Maks is not satisfied, and will likely forever be devoted to his pursuit of a beautiful moment.

Her passion for working with children not only informed her choice of study, but also led to her taking up a role in a primary school as a teaching and learning assistant. With a degree in Fashion Graphic Design, this is where her passion for print & garment design grew. However, with a view to align her love for our planet with her creative direction, and a desire to conquer new realms and skillsets, Teri is now on a mission to create design for change.
Food obsessed, Teri enjoys trying new cuisines as well as attempting to cook herself. She also moonlights as an illustrator, grooves to live music, finds serenity by the sea, and has a soft spot for our feline friends.

Originally from Ireland, Leah grew up in both Hong Kong and Portugal, before moving to the UK to study. With a love for both dance and acting, a BA in Theatre and Performance at the University of Leeds was the clear choice.
Whilst studying, Leah came to realise that life on the stage was not what she saw herself doing in the future. However, her plethora of creative and organisational skills need not go to waste! As former President of the Irish Dance Society, her experience of organising events within her University and wider community makes her a perfect fit for events and project management.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys exploring her new home in London and fitting in a few dance classes here and there.

With a passion for building happy, high performing teams, Niki then worked for several agencies in house in Head of People roles, until 2015, when she set up her own business as an outsourced HR Director for agencies and start-ups. Niki knows us well, having supported the mccglc team over the last 5 years effectively as an external consultant focusing on the people function, and making mccglc an even better place to work.
Out of work, Niki is a Mum to two teenage daughters who she loves spending time with, whether that is taking them to live music, or simply watching them grow up. Niki likes to exercise and enjoys eating, drinking and socialising, as a family and with friends.

Beyond the design studio, Duncan and his partner have been devoted to the renovation of their home, a 3 year commitment and ‘a storm almost weathered’. He finds joy in adventures with his young family, often centred around the exploits of his energetic two-year-old son. Whether it’s playing football or wanting to take to the streets on his new found love of his balance bike, he is certainly starting to become quite the handful.
Let's connect!Originally from Hong Kong, she completed her BA in Media Art at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and, after a brief stint as a part-time art teacher, becoming a graphic designer seemed like a natural decision. In 2021, she took the big step of moving from Hong Kong to London, and is now fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Before joining mccglc in 2023, Ellie built up a wealth of experience as a designer in a range of industries in both Hong Kong and London, including F&B, licensed products (including well-known products like Snoopy and Disney), events, exhibitions, and advertising. She has also created illustrations for new brands and campaigns.
Outside of work, Ellie loves travelling to different cities, where she enjoys visiting local museums, and collecting postcards and stamps. She’s now visited over 25 cities in 15 countries, and loves to travel as it helps spark inspiration and strengthen her visual memory.

During her study, she enjoyed organising film-based events, and sought a career path where she could blend her creative flair with her logistical skills. Jemma joins us having recently completed a 12 month internship at a Global Events agency in London, where she realised her passion for the events world, working on a range of small and large scale projects, both in the UK and abroad.
As well as a strong passion for travelling, Jemma loves theatre, having enjoyed performing on the West End as part of the Les Misérables Ensemble. Picking her favourite musical is tricky, with Phantom of the Opera and Moulin Rouge tied for top spot. An avid writer, Jemma is currently in the process of writing her first screenplay. Let's connect!Heracles comes from Cyprus, where he studied Multimedia and Graphic Arts, graduating top of his class. After a quick stop for work in Zurich, Switzerland, he decided to move to London in 2017. Amidst the chaos of the COVID pandemic, and while working as a Motion Graphics Designer, he completed his MA in Art History with Distinction. Other than English, he speaks Greek and Italian, and his next goal is to master Spanish.
While not in the office, he likes to watch films, play video games, wander for hours in museums and galleries, or pretend to work out in the gym. He is also driven by polymathy, often indulging in books and documentaries about a wide range of topics, from philosophy and linguistics, to sociology, history and archaeology.
Let's connect!Originally from Lucknow, India, Palak’s fascination with spatial design took flight when her family home was renovated by an infamous designer. She was astounded at the impact of design- the powerful way in which it influenced how people live their lives. Inspired, and in pursuit of the skills to impact people in her own way, Palak studied interior architecture in Singapore. This is also where her love-affair with pan-Asian cuisine began.
Following her undergraduate studies, Palak worked for Studio Lotus, a well known interior architecture firm in Delhi, as an interior designer. Her postgraduate studies brought her to the UK, where she studied Marketing and Brand Management. Palak joins the mccglc team excited to learn from specialists across many disciplines, and sharpen her creative and innovative tools.
Outside of work, Palak loves watching cooking shows, baking shows- almost anything that is remotely connected to cooking, even better if there’s a competitive element!

Tanya has an incredibly diverse portfolio of experience. In the pharma sector she has overseen and delivered events for many of our key clients, including Novartis and Bayer. Her expertise spans disease areas, and includes Respiratory, Ophthalmology, Immunology and Cardiology.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the environment drew her to set up her own social enterprise in 2017 and she returned to the team in 2020 to help us examine sustainability within our internal practises and supply chain.

Andreas studied Computer Animation at the University of South Wales and later went on to complete a Master’s degree in Film at the University of the Arts London.
In his free time, Andreas loves to work out and watch films. He considers himself to be an A24 fanboy but also loves the modern classics from GoodFellas (1990) to Toy Story (1995) and Se7en (1995).

After joining mccglc in 2016 as a junior 3D designer, it was the technical and delivery side of design where her interest thrived. Well versed in 3D software and the processes involved in projects, Robyn effortlessly understands how to deliver projects successfully, and can count MeditaTek, Novartis, Bayer and Roche as a testament to this.
With a newly discovered lockdown talent of hairdressing and a keen baker, knitter and anything arts and crafts, Robyn’s is an instrument building block to the 3D team.
