Matteo is the Founder and CEO of MCCGLC. After studying Architecture in Florence, he moved into the exhibition space in 1999 and formed MCCGLC. He relocated the agency to Milan and then to London – he believes the city is the perfect creative hub to lead a truly international team with a diverse range of in-house capabilities.
Matteo recognises that change is fundamental in life and consistently looks for new ways to improve the business by designing new ways of working. Having worked with some of the world’s leading brands, Matteo is a hugely experienced live communications expert and his input into the project is invaluable.
Adapting to change became more important than ever during the 2020 pandemic. Matteo led the company through a major pivot, inventing the digital events platform SPACEIN, and reimagining what the events world of the future could be.
Beth’s journey at MCCGLC began over 10 years ago, and during this time she has been instrumental in the growth of the business – from three people and a desk to the flourishing company it is today.
After heading up both the Project and Account Management departments, she has a unique, client-centric perspective that she brings to our internal processes.
Now, her main role is leading and inspiring our talented teams to deliver great work that meets client expectations. Constantly gaining energy from being surrounded by the MCCGLC’ family’s enthusiasm, she expertly nurtures the environment that allows us to do what we do.
After completing a degree in BioChemistry and Genetics, Hannah continued her scientific journey with a PhD in Oncology. During this time she dabbled with Health Policy where she saw first-hand the importance of translating data into a compelling story.
Hannah then began her career in Medical Communications. Now with over 8 years of experience she has built a excellent reputation for delivering high quality, strategic medical communications. Her experience spans traditional medical education as well as promotional med-ed and advertising, covering a wide range of therapy areas.
Her experience allows her to combine scientific understanding with commercial insights to deliver content that resonates with audiences on a personal level. Her role at MCCGLC is to act as scientific and strategic counsel to ensure that our creativity is grounded in science.
Lee’s creative passion and lively imagination, as well as his ability to ease pressure with his easy-to-love character, make him perfectly suited to his role as Associate Creative Director.
A D&AD finalist in his student days, he now has over 12 years of experience in visual communications. Starting out as a specialist in visual communication design, he has expanded his skills into brand identities, interactive experiences, digital product, multiscale exhibitions and live event conceptualisation.
Drawing on a wide range of cultural, historical and technological sources, he inspires the studio with left field ideas. A hands on approach allows him to translate abstract concepts into ideas that help clients build meaningful human connections with audiences, in any environment.
Jörg manages some of the company’s key accounts in pharmaceutical and telecoms. After gaining a degree in Media Management and an MA in Events Marketing, Jörg built up seven years of experience as an Event and Production Manager prior to joining MCCGLC.
This included organising live music events and brand exhibitions for a range of clients including Universal Music, Sony Music, Volkswagen and Red Bull.
He prides himself on being flexible, communicative and organised to ensure the best level of service possible at all times.
As a Psychology graduate, Katy has always been interested in finding out what makes people tick. Having now worked in the events and marketing field for 13 years and within the MCCGLC team for 6 of those, she brings a wealth of industry experience and an indepth understanding of what our clients want.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the environment drew her to set up her own social enterprise in 2017 and she returned to the team in 2020 to help us examine sustainability within our internal practises and supply chain.
Pushing for the most innovative ways to reduce our impact on the environment, she is working on our roadmap to ensure we can help contribute to global climate commitments.
Stu is one of MCCGLC’s most long standing team members – for over 10 years he has been thinking, drawing, designing and letting his creativity run wild.
As Associate Creative Director he now co-leads a talented studio, taking ideas from initial concept through to technical execution. He’s played a large part in building the 3D team into the powerhouse it is today, as well as delivering some of our most impressive projects to date. An open mind and constant hunger for new ideas help him to keep things fresh and exciting.
An avid outdoor explorer, he uses his adventurous spirit (and refusal to give up) to give him the drive to create boundary-pushing work every day.
As the leader of MCCGLC’s Project Management team, Clemens is responsible for overseeing the delivery of our yearly calendar of events. A Project Manager by heart and degree, Clemens is a German who meets the national stereotype in being punctual and detail-oriented.
With 10 years of experience in the live events sector and 6 years in the exhibition industry, he is focusing on aligning the strategic and brand communication approach of the client with each individual project.
Clemens has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for over five years, managing a number of MCCGLC’s key accounts. His work has spanned several treatment areas, and he is always keen to expand his knowledge further.
A gifted technophile, Richard is a self-confessed binary age man.
Over 8 years’ experience in creativity and a passion for gadgetry keep his work fresh and innovative. Richard uses interactive technology to help our clients to bridge the gap between ideas and action, concepting creative solutions that can be translated into realworld experiences.
Richard brings a wealth of expertise to his role, and ensures that his innovations, both physical and digital, can be delivered successfully. He is always up for a challenge; he's the mastermind behind SPACEIN, and has designed and built our bespoke software from the ground up alongside his thriving team of developers.
With BA and MA qualifications in Design for Communication, Mariana has racked up over 11 years of hands on experience as a graphic designer. Now, after 6 years with MCCGLC, she is responsible for leading the 2D team and managing the graphical workflow of the company.
She applies her fiery Mediterranean passion to everything she does. Working across our entire portfolio of brands, she has a deep understanding of our clients’ values and how they translate into both digital and print.
She uses what she learned in her early in-house role to give a unique, client-centric perspective, and razor sharp attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy in all graphical output.
Joe began his career at MCCGLC as our Junior Producer on the fast-growing Video Team, and in under 4 years has grown to become the Head of Video & Broadcast. He’s been instrumental in shaping and expanding our video offering for our clients, and has worked on almost every major project we’ve completed.
A master of many things, Joe gets a lot of satisfaction from seeing each member of his team excel at their own, technical speciality, and combines his creative brain and technical know-how to oversee all of our video content. In our ever-changing world, Joe’s always quick to rise to new challenges, keeping on top of tech trends to make sure we’re always ahead of the curve.
Our resident number cruncher, Anisha’s love of accounting started with an apprenticeship at the RAF Association, and has seen her work for notable companies such as Christie’s Auction House.
A part of the MCCGLC family since early 2017, she’s constantly inspired and encouraged by the contagious office energy. She’s gone from member of to leader of the Administration Team, and is now responsible for the financial health and direction of the company. Obsessively detail-oriented – in a good way – she’s passionate about giving the company a strong financial foundation upon which our creativity can thrive.
Tanya joined the MCCGLC team back in 2013, and has been an integral part of both the Account and Project Management teams since then. She has worked extensively within the pharma industry, overseeing launch events, live shows, congresses and exhibitions across multiple therapeutic areas.
She’s now the Account Director for one of our most longstanding clients, bringing her wealth of experience and long standing relationship with their team. Her passion and attention to detail always ensure a smooth and collaborative event delivery for her clients.
Alice has a strong background in advertising and marketing, with over four years of experience working as an Account Manager. Based in Beirut, she worked for Publicis Levant and handled global clients such as L’Oreal, Chrysler and Pernod Ricard.
Alice has delivered events all over the world, including product launches in the USA, China, Brazil and the Middle East. A talented linguist, she speaks English, French, Portuguese and Arabic fluently, a skill that comes in very handy when dealing with international suppliers.
Alice’s passion comes through in her work, and she is committed to understanding her clients’ needs and delivering the final product to the highest possible standard every time.
In her role as Senior Account Manager, Ishta is always looking for opportunities to successfully work with the client, push the boundaries of the live event space, and bring our collective ideas to life.
Her vast experience – 12 years in the events sector, with an emphasis on live shows and experiential activations in the tech and automotive industries – has taken her from the UK to the USA, flung her over to the Middle East and back to the UK. Key clients include Google, Snapchat, Porsche, Maserati, HSBC & Rugby World Cup.
She has an insatiable passion for perfect organisation, and working collaboratively to make great ideas into a memorable reality.
A steadfast and vibrant individual, Amy prides herself on knowing what the client wants and delivering their vision.
With a background in Account Management for high profile clients and festivals, she enjoys seeing her work come to life and invests her main focus in the needs of the client.
Since she joined MCCGLC in early 2018, Amy has been a leading point of contact for one of our biggest client teams. She has been at the forefront of our presence at ESC for the last two years, and is looking forward to developing the partnership between clients and MCCGLC in the future.
Mila has been working in advertising for over 8 years, clocking up time with major agencies like DDB and Spark44. From Sofia, to Barcelona, Birmingham then London her expertise covers ATL, digital and events. Some notable clients have been Absolut Vodka and Jaguar Land Rover.
At MCCGLC, Mila has been able to combine passion for design and live events, and loves working with the team to create beautiful spaces and memorable experiences for our clients.
Her favorite thing in the world is organising – be it an advertising campaign, corporate event, or vacation – down to the very last detail. This might make her annoying as a friend, but ideal as an Account Manager.
Valeria’s background in engineering is what set her up for success – as both Project Manager then Head of Production Management she’s never been happier than when armed with a watertight budget. In the past she’s worked with huge clients such as GE Healthcare and Coca-Cola, and while at MCCGLC she’s delivered most of our most high profile events.
Spreadsheets are her world, but she also knows the importance of on-the-ground relationships when it comes to working with suppliers and clients alike. She’s found, over the years, that things tend to run far more smoothly on site if you have plenty of snacks to hand around.
Almost straight out of Bournemouth University, Anniken joined us at the beginning of 2018 as a Project Executive and has since become a dedicated and uber organised Project Manager, working across many of our key accounts and events.
Since 2020, she’s also been a key part of the launch of SPACEIN, pivoting from delivering huge international congresses to a series of digital test events for our new software. Her love of travelling means she’s well placed to handle so many international events, and even when she’s not working you can be sure she’s plotting where she can explore next.
Trisha joined MCCGLC when she was new to project management, and in the last three years has grown into a powerhouse of organisation. Never far from a spreadsheet, she has delivered events for some of our key clients and events, such as EAN and ECTRIMS.
She has also taken on the challenge of SPACEIN, piloting numerous test events and supporting the team through the creation of this brand new software. Always up for a challenge, she’s excited to be part of a project that’s in its infancy and could lead MCCGLC in an unknown and innovative direction.
After working on several large scale events for well-known clients like Vodafone, EY, AOL and Google, Hannah turned her talents and experience of digital brand towards MCCGLC, taking on some of our biggest and most memorable booths.
No one has a ‘can do’ attitude like Hannah, and she thrives in a working environment where everyone is as passionate about their work as she is. An organisational powerhouse, she’s always on hand from the moment we get on site to ensure our clients’ vision comes to life in all its glory.
Sarah started her MCC career in the Project Management department, but – as we have become more mindful of our industry’s impact on the planet – she is now responsible for our sustainability and marketing initiatives. Having worked in both events and comms for over 10 years, her passion for the environment and skill in helping us to communicate that effectively are key to the ongoing mission of MCCGLC.
In the past she has worked on a host of both local and international events. Originally from Australia, she brings her sunny outlook to everything she does, and has been responsible for delivering successful events across the world.
With a background in Art History, Fred’s current role as Digital Project Manager is a long way away from his previous role in business development at Sotheby’s.
His keen interest in art – particularly Chinese art – remains, but he’s now turning his talents towards the creative and technical development and coordination of SPACEIN. With a host of innovative organisational tactics, he’s keeping numerous teams on track as we bring this new platform to life.
He’s fascinated by the way creativity and technology can come together in a way that enhances the working lives of our stakeholders and customers, and is looking forward to developing the SPACEIN strategy as the software moves forward.
Widely travelled – having lived in Mexico City, Havana and Montreal before coming to the UK – Yenil has over 20 years of experience as a copywriter working across both creative and medical agencies. A master of not one but three languages, she believes that writing and language are instrumental in gaining insight into the world and the people in it, and she brings that philosophy to her work.
Her academic background in both Microbiology & Immunology and Journalism has set her up with the perfect combination of in depth scientific knowledge and a way of communicating it seamlessly.
In the past she has been responsible for the communications of huge brands both inside the pharma industry and beyond, including McDonald's, AstraZeneca, GSK and Amgen.
With a strong academic background in English Literature, Emily is a copywriter who is able to combine technical attention to detail and visual concepts with ease.
From online editorial copy to BTL materials and impactful, cross-platform campaigns, her career has taken her as far as Malaysia and Australia. In a variety of freelance and agency roles, she has written for huge global clients including Celcom, Malaysia Airlines, VW, eBay and Zalando.
Young, fresh and full of imagination, Emily is always looking for ways to push an idea to the next level.
As a Lead Development Designer, Daniel works as part of the 3D team. He’s constantly searching for new developments in art, technology and architecture, which have influenced the striking designs he has created during his 5 years with MCCGLC.
During his 12 year career, he has had the chance to work with high-profile companies from the tech, fashion, retail and pharmaceutical industries – notable examples are Facebook, GQ, Huawei and DarkMatter.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for details, his imagination constantly creates wonder that transforms into reality.
Owen’s interest in exhibition design started with a keen interest in the arts – after studying theatre and set design at university, he moved into the exhibition world to expand his skillset and work on more commercially-led briefs.
As one of the most long standing members of the MCCGLC 3D team, he has grown from Junior Designer to Design Lead on many of our most ambitious booths, bringing a signature design flair and conceptual way of thinking.
A clean, modern aesthetic has become his signature, and – as a key creative on many of our most memorable projects – has been instrumental in developing our recognisable presence in the congress space.
Dario first came across MCCGLC when he was working for one of our suppliers, Technolegno. In roles that have spanned both the Project Management and 3D departments, his practical, hands-on approach and knowledge of fabrication mean he’s instrumental in making our designs a reality.
Dario has used his knowledge of engineering, architecture and carpentry on many of our most prominent clients and projects, including sprawling, double decker structures for DarkMatter at MWC and Harman at IFA.
After an initial stint at Fredrikson Stallard – working on notable clients like Swarovski, Jaguar and the London Design Festival – Adam joined MCCGLC as a Junior Designer in 2016 and has grown within the company to head up some of our most impressive projects.
Showing his design skill on huge structures such as Harman at IFA and innovative, sculptural designs like our booths at AAN, Adam can turn his hand to anything. He’s our in house 3D printing expert, and is also in charge of our yearly camping trips, where some members of the team go ‘into the wild’ for a weekend completely off the grid.
After working on technical build drawings for major London landmarks like the V&A, Saatchi Gallery and Harrods, Robyn has expanded her role and skillset since joining MCCGLC and has worked on some of our most exciting designs across both the pharmaceutical and consumer electronics sectors.
She loves nothing more than working as part of a team to take a project from concept to completion. In such a collaborative role, she works across all departments and is always on hand to liaise with our suppliers and project managers on the ground to make sure everything is perfect at every stage of delivery.
Leading the conceptual side of MCCGLC’s 2D output, Santa sees every project as an opportunity to challenge herself and her team, to expand their skills and find the best possible solution for the client’s brief.
Over a 6 years of experience in the creative industries has given her a strong commercial understanding and an appreciation of how to balance bold conceptual thinking and practical execution. She combines this with an acute attention to detail and absolute commitment to her craft.
Her portfolio also now includes SPACEIN, and she has led the design and been a fundamental part of the creative direction and development of this new software. She is driven by passion, a can-do attitude and is eager to create innovative, aesthetic and meaningful design.
Adam is primarily responsible for graphic development at MCCGLC; he is part of a trifecta of concept, development and production within the 2D team.
He has over 5 years of experience in the industry, starting in packaging design, moving through motorsports branding and into exhibition design. He has had the opportunity to work with high level brands including Virgin, FIA, Formula 1, Formula e and Volkswagen.
He is driven by his artist’s eye and a designer’s diligence. He believes that finding the sweet-spot between imagination and perfectionism is the key to great design.
Originally from Poland, Maks also lived and worked in Denmark before coming to London to work for the likes of DDB and VICE magazine. A master of conceptual art, Maks’ creative eye is unique and responsible for the recognisable congress aesthetic of clients such as MediaTek.
An accomplished illustrator, Maks finds his sweet spot when he can combine his artist’s sensibility with the need to communicate with his audience, the hallmark of good graphic design. He’s been a dedicated member of the MCCGLC family since 2015, and has grown exponentially during his 5 years on the 2D team.
Born in the Philippines and raised in Italy, Gregorio has always lived by the sea. After studying Industrial Design in Venice, he moved to London after graduating in 2015. He has been working as an illustrator and graphic designer for over 5 years, and has produced work for recognisable clients such as Google and Heathrow Airport as well as many of MCCGLC’s key clients.
His experience spans digital applications, engineering graphics, events, integrated campaigns and brand identities. Always hungry to learn new skills, he’s grown in confidence and talent in his time at MCCGLC, and is the brains behind many of our social media and internal campaigns.
Originally gaining her graphical design training in her native Latvia, Anete also worked in Berlin before coming to London in 2017. She’s a key member of our 2D team, and has been instrumental in developing the recognisable aesthetic of our congress materials over the years.
Anete is a highly creative and multidisciplinary graphic designer with an extensive experience in print design, photography and multimedia. A dynamic team player with excellent communication skills, she easily maintains effectiveness and focus as she comes up with solutions that transfer ideas into pixels or print.
In the short time he has been at the company, Rishi has already made his mark on the MCCGLC aesthetic and brought a unique point of view to the Video Team. In the past he has worked on marketing materials for well known brands such as Jaguar, and has now taken on many of our internal projects and briefs.
As well as producing materials for many of our key clients, his playful motion design has quickly become the hallmark of the SPACEIN and MCCGLC brands.
Daniele is part of the Video Team as motion designer. Since he was a child, art has played a big role for him, both professionally and personally. He found his passion in 3D and animation, and has worked hard over his career to constently improve and refine his skills.
His artistic outlook and attention to detail make him an invaluable part of the MCCGLC team. He is enthusiastic, curious, and dedicated in his mission to find creative solutions that will bring the team's ideas and concepts to life.
With qualifications in Visual Arts & Theatre and Computer Graphics, Riccardo’s love of the arts and gaming have come together to give him a unique eye for motion design. He frequently works alongside our 3D team to add 3D modelling, animation and texturing to our video materials, and has worked on some of our key accounts.
He was also an instrumental part of our first live digital event – the Ocean Photography Awards – which was hugely successful in the midst of the chaos of 2020.
In 2014, Simon joined the MCCGLC team as a Project Manager, but his relentless curiosity and passion have led him down an unexpected path. His client-facing work has given him a unique understanding of our clients’ business goals, which he now uses to find the best possible creative solution to every technical challenge.
Simon is a very dedicated employee and is always eager to go above and beyond in order to ensure the highest possible standard is delivered for every event. His keen interest in photography means he also has an astute visual understanding, marrying creativity, organisation and technical innovation in everything he does.
Sadie officially studied Graphic Design, but learnt to code on her own and has flourished as one of the first Creative Technologists to be added to our ever-growing team. In just a couple of years she has progressed far beyond a junior role, and has worked on some of our most iconic projects, like the Mechanical Mountain at ESC 2019.
She is also a key part of the SPACEIN team, as one of the developers who have built our platform from the ground up. When you’re inventing a brand new software, things often don’t go to plan the first time, but Sadie’s endless patience means she keeps going until the result is perfect.
Jordan’s career started in marketing, where he worked for notable clients such as Uber, Amazon and Adidas. However, he joined MCCGLC as part of the Creative Technology Team, after a dramatic pivot to coding.
He’s part of the team responsible for SPACEIN, and loves the process of bringing ideas to life from scratch. He’s passionate about best practices and always strives to create the best UX for our customers. His fascination with new technologies perfectly complements his creative eye, and his marketing background has helped him to bring customer-focussed vision to this new endeavour.
After studying Advertising in his native Romania, Victor turned his attention to coding to become a Front-End Developer, and is a vital part of our SPACEIN development team.
With previous positions developing code for clients in fintech and other fast-paced industries, he’s used to grasping new pieces of tech quickly, and adapting to the ever-changing trends in the tech world.
His love of gaming means he brings a wealth of imagination to the team, and he’s committed to creating a platform all of our users love.
One of the most longstanding members of the MCCGLC family, Janki has been with the company since 2011, and has played a vital role in the development of the Administration Team and our financial services.
Janki’s active and curious mind makes her an ideal Finance Manager – she’s always looking for ways to solve problems, and any kind of puzzle makes her tick. Not only does she use these skills to keep our books in order, but puts her organisational skills to work for a number of non-profit initiatives in local London communities.
Roberto has worked for MCCGLC on and off since 2013, but became a mainstay of the team in 2018. Having worked as an IT consultant for many recognisable brands – Apple, Conde Nast and the European Space Agency, to name a few – he’s an expert in all things tech, and keeps our many, many bits of kit running smoothly.
Thankfully, he loves helping people, so is happy to answer the team’s never ending stream of IT questions. As part of the Administration Team, he’s responsible for the systems and processes that keep our information safe and the day to day running of the office seamless.
Hailing from Ontario, Monika is our resident ‘friendly Canadian’. In the past she’s been tasked with taking dress measurements for the likes of Kylie Minogue, Naomi Campbell and Zendaya as a PA at luxury clothing brand Ralph and Russo.
Now, she makes sure everything at the MCCGLC office goes without a hitch, including our various yearly parties and a huge office move in April 2020. She loves being able to help with all aspects of the business, and combines her organisation skills with a killer sense of humour to keep us smiling every day.

We process small amounts of employee and subcontractor data under the legal basis of “Contract” and, if in the Vital Interests of the data subject, or with specific consent, or to comply with Employment or Health and Safety or another Legal requirement will hold special category data such as medical history or driving convictions.
MCCGLC does not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. It will only share limited data with suppliers where required operationally and with clients (where the data has been collected on their behalf in the first instance).
It does share employee data for administrative and legal purposes.
It also reserves the right to share data with relevant authorities if compelled to do so to comply with legal obligations.
We will retain existing client information for as long as a client is with us or as needed to provide our services – and where required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain all client data until any such time that we receive a request to opt-out.

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information – our IT arrangements aspire to “Data Protection by Design” and should be able to detect a significant data breach. Where such a breach could result in discrimination, damage to reputation, financial loss, loss of confidentiality or any other significant economic or social disadvantage we will notify the ICO, if we are the Controller, or our client, in the event they are the Controller. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individual data subjects, we will also notify those concerned directly and at the earliest practical opportunity. We shall then fully investigate a data breach and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence.

For personal data held under the legal basis of “Contract” or “Vital Interests” or “Legal Obligations” we will endeavour to erase data upon request but will not be able to do so if holding the data is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations or may be necessary as evidence in a future legal action involving us. In cases where we cannot erase the data for these reasons we shall inform the data subject and make them aware of their right to complain to the ICO or to seek civil action.
For personal data obtained directly from a data subject under the legal basis of consent – and obtained indirectly from a data subject under the legal basis of legitimate interest – we will restrict the processing of a data subject’s personal data upon receipt of a request / opt-out notification. For personal data held under the legal basis of “Contract” or “Vital Interests” or “Legal Obligations” we will endeavour to facilitate the requested restriction upon request but will not be able to do so if restricting the processing of the data prevents us from fulfilling our legal obligations or the current processing of the data may be necessary as evidence in a future legal action involving us. In cases where we cannot restrict the processing of the data for these reasons we shall inform the data subject and make them aware of their right to complain to the ICO or to seek civil action.
For personal data obtained directly from a data subject under the legal basis of consent – we shall provide, upon receiving a request, the data that we hold in a standard, widely accessible format
