Matteo is the Founder and CEO of MCCGLC. After studying Architecture in Florence, he moved into the exhibition space in 1999 and formed MCCGLC. He relocated the agency to Milan and then to London – he believes the city is the perfect creative hub to lead a truly international team with a diverse range of in-house capabilities.
Matteo recognises that change is fundamental in life and consistently looks for new ways to improve the business by designing new ways of working. Having worked with some of the world’s leading brands, Matteo is a hugely experienced live communications expert and his input into the project is invaluable.
Adapting to change became more important than ever during the 2020 pandemic. Matteo led the company through a major pivot, inventing the digital events platform SPACEIN, and reimagining what the events world of the future could be.
Beth’s journey at MCCGLC began over 10 years ago, and during this time she has been instrumental in the growth of the business – from three people and a desk to the flourishing company it is today.
After heading up both the Project and Account Management departments, she has a unique, client-centric perspective that she brings to our internal processes.
Now, her main role is leading and inspiring our talented teams to deliver great work that meets client expectations. Constantly gaining energy from being surrounded by the MCCGLC’ family’s enthusiasm, she expertly nurtures the environment that allows us to do what we do.
Lee’s creative passion and lively imagination, as well as his ability to ease pressure with his easy-to-love character, make him perfectly suited to his role as Associate Creative Director.
A D&AD finalist in his student days, he now has over 12 years of experience in visual communications. Starting out as a specialist in visual communication design, he has expanded his skills into brand identities, interactive experiences, digital product, multiscale exhibitions and live event conceptualisation.
Drawing on a wide range of cultural, historical and technological sources, he inspires the studio with left field ideas. A hands on approach allows him to translate abstract concepts into ideas that help clients build meaningful human connections with audiences, in any environment.
As a Psychology graduate, Katy has always been interested in finding out what makes people tick. Having now worked in the events and marketing field for 13 years and within the MCCGLC team for 6 of those, she brings a wealth of industry experience and an indepth understanding of what our clients want.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the environment drew her to set up her own social enterprise in 2017 and she returned to the team in 2020 to help us examine sustainability within our internal practises and supply chain.
Pushing for the most innovative ways to reduce our impact on the environment, she is working on our roadmap to ensure we can help contribute to global climate commitments.
Having played rugby at a professional level, Arran knows a thing or two about strategy, leadership and what it takes to deliver results.
These skills have served him well in Events Management, where he has built up a wealth of client services expertise in a variety of roles, from account management to operations and client growth. Over the years, Arran has delivered events across the globe for some of the world’s largest organisations, including major pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Stu is one of MCCGLC’s most long standing team members – for over 10 years he has been thinking, drawing, designing and letting his creativity run wild.
As Associate Creative Director he now co-leads a talented studio, taking ideas from initial concept through to technical execution. He’s played a large part in building the 3D team into the powerhouse it is today, as well as delivering some of our most impressive projects to date. An open mind and constant hunger for new ideas help him to keep things fresh and exciting.
An avid outdoor explorer, he uses his adventurous spirit (and refusal to give up) to give him the drive to create boundary-pushing work every day.
Joe began his career at MCCGLC as our Junior Producer on the fast-growing Video Team, and in under 4 years has grown to become the Head of Video & Broadcast. He’s been instrumental in shaping and expanding our video offering for our clients, and has worked on almost every major project we’ve completed.
A master of many things, Joe gets a lot of satisfaction from seeing each member of his team excel at their own, technical speciality, and combines his creative brain and technical know-how to oversee all of our video content. In our ever-changing world, Joe’s always quick to rise to new challenges, keeping on top of tech trends to make sure we’re always ahead of the curve.
Our resident number cruncher, Anisha’s love of accounting started with an apprenticeship at the RAF Association, and has seen her work for notable companies such as Christie’s Auction House.
A part of the MCCGLC family since early 2017, she’s constantly inspired and encouraged by the contagious office energy. She’s gone from member of to leader of the Administration Team, and is now responsible for the financial health and direction of the company. Obsessively detail-oriented – in a good way – she’s passionate about giving the company a strong financial foundation upon which our creativity can thrive.
Matt has been instrumental in the delivery of events and exhibitions globally for over 15 years, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
As a firm believer in preparedness and foresight, he likes to consider everything (including the weather) when leading the project team, to avoid the unplanned and second guess the unexpected.
In Matt we have an experienced and creative leader who manages our amazing project team, across global strategic programmes that bring people and ideas together, across high-impact B2B exhibitions, conferences and digital projects.
In 2013, Tanya joined the MCCGLC team and has grown within the company to take on the role of Head of Project Management. Throughout her time at MCCGLC she has delivered events all over the world, including Australia, Singapore and the US.
Tanya has an incredibly diverse portfolio of experience. In the pharma sector she has overseen and delivered events for many of our key clients, including Novartis and Bayer. Her expertise spans disease areas, and includes Respiratory, Ophthalmology, Immunology and Cardiology.
Tanya strength in Project Management comes from her dedication to her client’s needs. Always eager to go above and beyond, her strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike means she consistently delivers seamlessly executed events.
Alice has a strong background in advertising and marketing, with over four years of experience working as an Account Manager. Based in Beirut, she worked for Publicis Levant and handled global clients such as L’Oreal, Chrysler and Pernod Ricard.
Alice has delivered events all over the world, including product launches in the USA, China, Brazil and the Middle East. A talented linguist, she speaks English, French, Portuguese and Arabic fluently, a skill that comes in very handy when dealing with international suppliers.
Alice’s passion comes through in her work, and she is committed to understanding her clients’ needs and delivering the final product to the highest possible standard every time.
With a degree in Spanish, French and International Relations, Grace set off to travel the world creating extraordinary relationships and tasting unforgettable cuisines along the way.
With five years experience in the live event industry, two in virtual, Grace joined the Account Management team at MCCGLC to get back to her love for live events. Her excellent communication skills serve her well with clients, being able to read and transform a creative brief with their best interests at heart.
Harrogate born but raised around the globe, Grace is still a Yorkshire lass through and through. As an avid cook, she does have an unhealthy gravy obsession – have you tried it with pizza? You should.
Before joining the Events industry, Olivia spent six years in advertising and branding, working on a diverse portfolio of creative projects to help her clients deliver meaningful and memorable brand experiences to their global audiences. Having lived in the UK, Indonesia and Australia, she has developed a deep interest in the power of human connection, which naturally led her to the world of live events.
Olivia’s approach to her work is a blend of creative passion and strategic thinking. By delving deep into her clients’ brands, and understanding their positioning, products, and audiences, she ensures that every event aligns with their unique identity. She is committed to providing authentic, impactful experiences, as well as tangible results for her clients.
When she’s not engrossed in creative projects, Olivia is out fuelling her love of sport and saving up for her next travel adventure!
A qualified architect, Dario’s skill set spans across Project Management and 3D design. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of the fabrication processes involved in creating sprawling and double decker structures has enabled Dario to work with some of our most prominent clients: DarkMatter at MWC and Harman at IFA.
Dario began his MCCGLC journey when working for one of our suppliers, Tecnolegno. Now an integral part of the team, Dario’s hands-on approach, complimented by his passion for anything gardening and carpentry, and his background in engineering and architecture, ensures Dario always delivers at bringing design concepts to life!
After moving to London over 10 years ago to study Event Management at London South Bank University, Rebecca has worked in the world of exhibitions and Live events ever since.
After spending years working for organisers delivering industry specific events – covering everything from shopping and lifestyle to construction and noncrete – Rebecca has made the change into agency life applying all of her skills in new and exciting projects!
Rebecca’s passion for building the best customer and visitor experience through events, drives her passion as a Project Manager, keeping the key goals in sight at all times and aim for the biggest success for our clients.
After spending years travelling with work, on the weekends (or lieu days!) you will find her either cuddled up in her dressing gown watching all her favourite reality TV or out for food and drinks with friends in the city.
Having obtained his History degree during the peak of the pandemic, Jonny has an analytical eye, a fascination with narratives and perspectives, and a desire to work collaboratively.
Despite his literary focused-study, he’s keen to be multi-disciplined. He is driven by his passion for tech, user experience, and understanding how things work. Having originally started off as our Salesman for SPACEIN, his role has expanded into the broader scope of digital project management.
His passion also stretches to cooking, cycling and travel. An avid basketball and football player, and the go-to man for our digital offering, he’s always keen to assist!
Originally from Ireland, Leah grew up in both Hong Kong and Portugal, before moving to the UK to study. With a love for both dance and acting, a BA in Theatre and Performance at the University of Leeds was the clear choice.
Whilst studying, Leah came to realise that life on the stage was not what she saw herself doing in the future. However, her plethora of creative and organisational skills need not go to waste! As former President of the Irish Dance Society, her experience of organising events within her University and wider community makes her a perfect fit for events and project management.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys exploring her new home in London and fitting in a few dance classes here and there.
Owen’s interest in exhibition design started with a keen interest in the arts – after studying theatre and set design at university, he moved into the exhibition world to expand his skillset and work on more commercially-led briefs.
As one of the most long standing members of the MCCGLC 3D team, he has grown from Junior Designer to Design Lead on many of our most ambitious booths, bringing a signature design flair and conceptual way of thinking.
A clean, modern aesthetic has become his signature, and – as a key creative on many of our most memorable projects – has been instrumental in developing our recognisable presence in the congress space.
Robyn’s design journey began during her school days when she took part in the Stephen Lawrence architectural program. Graduating with a BA Hons in Interior Design, Robyn went on to accumulate valuable experience working alongside creatives at BDP and PWC. As her talents began to grow, so did the list of clients and can proudly add Saatchi Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, The National Gallery, The V&A and Harrods to her portfolio.
After joining MCCGLC in 2016 as a junior 3D designer, it was the technical and delivery side of design where her interest thrived. Well versed in 3D software and the processes involved in projects, Robyn effortlessly understands how to deliver projects successfully, and can count MeditaTek, Novartis, Bayer and Roche as a testament to this.
With a newly discovered lockdown talent of hairdressing and a keen baker, knitter and anything arts and crafts, Robyn’s is an instrument building block to the 3D team.
Whilst studying for an MA in Interior and Spatial Design at the University of the Arts in London, Mitchell developed a passion for research and design communication. With a background in architecture, interior design, art and sales, he thrives at creating sensory experiences with a commercial mindset. It was this unique skill set that led to him joining the 3D team at MCCGLC.
Taking inspiration from everyday life and paying close attention to human behaviour, Mitchell always designs with human interactions in mind, and he loves exploring the diverse and vibrant city of London to spark new ideas.
During his downtime, Mitchell can be found behind the stove creating hearty dishes from around the world. Exploring flavours and cooking techniques is his favourite way to unwind. But if he’s short on time, he only needs one thing to keep him smiling…
With BA and MA qualifications in Design for Communication, Mariana has racked up over 11 years of hands on experience as a graphic designer. Now, after 6 years with MCCGLC, she is responsible for leading the 2D team and managing the graphical workflow of the company.
She applies her fiery Mediterranean passion to everything she does. Working across our entire portfolio of brands, she has a deep understanding of our clients’ values and how they translate into both digital and print.
She uses what she learned in her early in-house role to give a unique, client-centric perspective, and razor sharp attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy in all graphical output.
Leading the digital and conceptual side of MCCGLC’s 2D output, Santa sees every project as an opportunity to challenge herself and her team, to expand their skills and find the best possible solution for the client’s brief.
Over 10 years of experience in the creative industries has given her a strong commercial understanding and an appreciation of how to balance bold conceptual thinking and practical execution. She combines this with an acute attention to detail and absolute commitment to her craft.
Her portfolio also now includes SPACEIN, and she has led the design and been a fundamental part of the creative direction and development of this new software. She is driven by passion, a can-do attitude and is eager to create innovative, aesthetic and meaningful design.
Originally from Poland, Maks also lived and worked in Denmark before coming to London to work for the likes of DDB and VICE magazine. A master of conceptual art, Maks’ creative eye is unique and responsible for the recognisable congress aesthetic of clients such as MediaTek.
An accomplished illustrator, Maks finds his sweet spot when he can combine his artist’s sensibility with the need to communicate with his audience, the hallmark of good graphic design. He’s been a dedicated member of the MCCGLC family since 2015, and has grown exponentially during his 5 years on the 2D team.
Dieter is a creative graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in both print and digital media. He has worked in both agency and in-house settings, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the entire creative process and a proven track record of creating successful, eye-catching designs that effectively communicate the client’s message.
Originally from South Africa, Dieter has been living and working in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years and is passionate about his work; he loves to push the boundaries of design. In his spare time, he enjoys live concerts, loud music, and drinking as much coffee as he can get his hands on.
Heracles comes from Cyprus, where he studied Multimedia and Graphic Arts, graduating top of his class. After a quick stop for work in Zurich, Switzerland, he decided to move to London in 2017. Amidst the chaos of the COVID pandemic, and while working as a Motion Graphics Designer, he completed his MA in Art History with Distinction. Other than English, he speaks Greek and Italian, and his next goal is to master Spanish.
While not in the office, he likes to watch films, play video games, wander for hours in museums and galleries, or pretend to work out in the gym. He is also driven by polymathy, often indulging in books and documentaries about a wide range of topics, from philosophy and linguistics, to sociology, history and archaeology.
Originating from Cyprus, Andreas is an aspiring artist. His work focuses on all things video, from spectacular 2D designs to 3D animation. Andreas studied Computer Animation at the University of South Wales and later went on to complete a Master’s degree in Film at the University of the Arts London.
In his free time, Andreas loves to work out and watch films. He considers himself to be an A24 fanboy but also loves the modern classics from GoodFellas(1990) to Toy Story (1995) and Se7en (1995).
Since she was a child, Ellie has loved to draw. Originally from Hong Kong, she completed her BA in Media Art at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2016, and, after a brief stint as a part-time art teacher, becoming a graphic designer seemed like a natural decision. In 2021, she took the big step of moving from Hong Kong to London, and is now fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Before joining MCCGLC in 2023, Ellie built up a wealth of experience as a designer in a range of industries in both Hong Kong and London, including F&B, licensed products (including well-known products like Snoopy and Disney), events, exhibitions, and advertising. She has also created illustrations for new brands and campaigns.
Outside of work, Ellie loves travelling to different cities, where she enjoys visiting local museums, and collecting postcards and stamps. She’s now visited over 25 cities in 15 countries, and loves to travel as it helps spark inspiration and strengthen her visual memory.
Lucy decided she wanted to become a Graphic Designer at school. Whilst working on a magazine cover for her Media Studies class, her teacher pulled her aside and suggested it would be a great career to pursue. She went on to study Art and Design before completing a BA in Graphic Design at the University of the Arts London (UAL).
During the pandemic, Lucy completed a course in UX design, during which she learned a range of research and prototyping techniques. However, since then she has focused more on conceptual design, which is where her true passion lies.
Lucy has gained a wealth of experience; which has taken her from the world of fashion and cosmetics, to the education sector, and the tech sector. Whilst working for the Tech company Workday, Lucy found she very much enjoyed event design which is why she was so excited to join the MCCGLC 2D team. She joins MCCGLC after a 6 month break during which she travelled around South East Asia. She didn’t take a complete break from design however as she volunteered at a guesthouse in Lao and masterminded their brand refresh.
A recent graduate from Arts University Bournemouth, Alanna loved every second of studying graphic design. Capable across a variety of disciplines, Alanna relishes the opportunity to tackle complex design problems. Whether the focus is on branding, motion or UX/UI, Alanna strives for something beautiful that can inspire positive change.
For the last 6 years, Alanna has also been pouring her passion into competitive table tennis, representing her county of Sussex, matching up against the best in the country and the world.
If she’s not breaking the hearts of her competition, Alanna can be found exploring the best of the city, ideally watching a West End Show.
Val’s passion is in helping brands connect to their audience through the form of storytelling. Having lived in 7 countries, Val’s curious nature pushed him to seek out stories from people he met all over the world.
His curiosity has led him to hold a wide range of positions including Project Management, Account Management, Business Development and Marketing across various industries.
He has launched brands, leading the messaging strategy and content development for various entities in the Middle East including: AI Everything, EDGE Group, and DarkMatter.
Across these roles, he found himself gravitating towards helping brands form an authentic connection with their audience through the medium of storytelling based on data driven human insight.
Helena completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences, followed by a Masters in Global Health and Development, which nurtured her love of science and inspired a passion for improving health outcomes. She then entered the world of Medical Communications, initially as an Editor, before finding her calling as a Medical Writer.
With 6 years of experience under her belt, Helena has crafted compelling copy for a range of clients in multiple therapy areas and has worked on projects within medical education, as well as more promotional materials. She loves the marriage between science and creativity that medical writing provides and is eager to continue challenging herself at MCCGLC to produce the best work possible.
One of the most longstanding members of the MCCGLC family, Janki has been with the company since 2011, and has played a vital role in the development of the Administration Team and our financial services.
Janki’s active and curious mind makes her an ideal Finance Manager – she’s always looking for ways to solve problems, and any kind of puzzle makes her tick. Not only does she use these skills to keep our books in order, but puts her organisational skills to work for a number of non-profit initiatives in local London communities.
Roberto has worked for MCCGLC on and off since 2013, but became a mainstay of the team in 2018. Having worked as an IT consultant for many recognisable brands – Apple, Conde Nast and the European Space Agency, to name a few – he’s an expert in all things tech, and keeps our many, many bits of kit running smoothly.
Thankfully, he loves helping people, so is happy to answer the team’s never ending stream of IT questions. As part of the Administration Team, he’s responsible for the systems and processes that keep our information safe and the day to day running of the office seamless.

(c) Financial Information If you contract with either as a client or a supplier, we will require some financial information in order to process the financial transactions. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, bank details and other information necessary.
(d) Use of our Website The personal data or personal information we collect about you is made up of the information you give us or gained through our communications with you.
You can access and browse our website without disclosing your personal data.
(e) IP Addresses and Cookies. We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.

Disclosure of this information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
Sales and Service Delivery. MCCGLC uses personal data for developing and issuing sales proposals and for providing its products and services – and justifies this under the legal basis of “Contract”.
Marketing Emails and Messages. MCCGLC uses personal data to update existing clients and prospective B2B client with information about our services. We justify this through a “Legitimate Interests” assessment and offer opt-out functionality for those no longer wishing to hear from us in this way.
Emails and other Communications to Third Parties MCCGLC uses data provided by clients to inform and enable their suppliers to perform key operational tasks. We justify this through a “Legitimate Interests” assessment.
Engagement Emails and Vital Information to Event Registrants. MCCGLC captures registration details of event attendees where it has been contracted to do so by clients and justifies this through “Consent”. This may include rudimentary medical data captured for an attendees vital interest, such as dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility / inclusivity requirements. Our processes provide full transparency that this data is then shared with the client.
Administrative and Legal. We process small amounts of employee and subcontractor data under the legal basis of “Contract” and, if in the Vital Interests of the data subject, or with specific consent, or to comply with Employment or Health and Safety or another Legal requirement will hold special category data such as medical history or driving convictions.
MCCGLC does not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. It will only share limited data with suppliers where required operationally and with clients (where the data has been collected on their behalf in the first instance).
It does share employee data for administrative and legal purposes.
It also reserves the right to share data with relevant authorities if compelled to do so to comply with legal obligations.
We will retain existing client information for as long as a client is with us or as needed to provide our services – and where required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain all client data until any such time that we receive a request to opt-out.
Details of retention periods for different aspects of your personal data are available upon request.
We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information – our IT arrangements aspire to “Data Protection by Design” and should be able to detect a significant data breach. Where such a breach could result in discrimination, damage to reputation, financial loss, loss of confidentiality or any other significant economic or social disadvantage we will notify the ICO, if we are the Controller, or our client, in the event they are the Controller. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individual data subjects, we will also notify those concerned directly and at the earliest practical opportunity. By using our services or providing personal information to us, you are consenting to MCCGLC communicating with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues related to your use of our services. We will respond to data requests within 1 month and will only charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
