Matteo is the Founder and CEO of mccglc. After studying Architecture in Florence, he moved into the exhibition space in 1999 and formed mccglc. He relocated the agency to Milan and then to London – he believes the city is the perfect creative hub to lead a truly international team with a diverse range of in-house capabilities.
Matteo recognises that change is fundamental in life and consistently looks for new ways to improve the business by designing new ways of working. Having worked with some of the world’s leading brands, Matteo is a hugely experienced live communications expert and his input into the project is invaluable.
Adapting to change became more important than ever during the 2020 pandemic. Matteo led the company through a major pivot, inventing the digital events platform SPACEIN, and reimagining what the events world of the future could be.

Alice has a strong background in advertising and marketing, with over four years of experience working as an Account Manager. Based in Beirut, she worked for Publicis Levant and handled global clients such as L’Oreal, Chrysler and Pernod Ricard.
Alice has delivered events all over the world, including product launches in the USA, China, Brazil and the Middle East. A talented linguist, she speaks English, French, Portuguese and Arabic fluently, a skill that comes in very handy when dealing with international suppliers.
Alice’s passion comes through in her work, and she is committed to understanding her clients’ needs and delivering the final product to the highest possible standard every time.

Joe cut his teeth delivering content and live streams for the likes of Sony, GSK, Ford Racing and Burberry. A Media Production graduate of Northumbria University and a lifelong musician, Joe is a well-rounded media enthusiast, with a great passion for creativity and innovation.
After leading and reshaping our video team, he recently became the agency’s Director of Content. Joe loves to collaborate and empower his team’s creativity, whether that’s the internal designers or a network of specialist freelancers. He considers each and every element of content’s role in drawing emotion and engaging our audiences.

A recent graduate from Arts University Bournemouth, Alanna loved every second of studying graphic design. Capable across a variety of disciplines, Alanna relishes the opportunity to tackle complex design problems. Whether the focus is on branding, motion or UX/UI, Alanna strives for something beautiful that can inspire positive change.
For the last 6 years, Alanna has also been pouring her passion into competitive table tennis, representing her county of Sussex, matching up against the best in the country and the world.
If she’s not breaking the hearts of her competition, Alanna can be found exploring the best of the city, ideally watching a West End Show.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Alejandro moved to Madrid in 2002, and 10 years later made his way to London.
A warm and uplifting presence, he is an integral part of our Arnold House team, supporting us as a Technician, Barista, Caretaker, to name a few. Alejandro takes great care in looking after our people and our space. He is also the reason why we proudly boast the finest Cappucino in the city. Doubt it? Come by and see for yourself!
Dieter is a creative graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in both print and digital media. He has worked in both agency and in-house settings, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the entire creative process and a proven track record of creating successful, eye-catching designs that effectively communicate the client’s message.
Originally from South Africa, Dieter has been living and working in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years and is passionate about his work; he loves to push the boundaries of design. In his spare time, he enjoys live concerts, loud music, and drinking as much coffee as he can get his hands on.

Janki has been a cornerstone of MCCGLC since 2011, playing a pivotal role in the evolution of the company’s financial operations. With a degree in Mathematics and Business Management from Queen Mary University of London, Janki combines logic and critical thinking to ensure the financial health and stability of the business. Her disciplined and methodical approach provides the foundation for accurate forecasting, growth, and informed decision-making.
Initially joining as an assistant, Janki has become an indispensable part of mccglc, gaining a deep understanding of the business and serving as a vital support across all areas of our operations. Her adaptability and dedication make her the trusted go-to for solving complex challenges. For Janki, work is not just about the numbers – it’s about being part of something larger, contributing to a thriving environment where growth and creativity go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Janki is active in the causes close to her heart, supporting a number of non-profit initiatives. When she’s not supporting others, Janki enjoys relaxing at home, cooking up a storm, and taking long walks in nature.

Originally from Hong Kong, she completed her BA in Media Art at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and, after a brief stint as a part-time art teacher, becoming a graphic designer seemed like a natural decision. In 2021, she took the big step of moving from Hong Kong to London, and is now fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Before joining mccglc in 2023, Ellie built up a wealth of experience as a designer in a range of industries in both Hong Kong and London, including F&B, licensed products (including well-known products like Snoopy and Disney), events, exhibitions, and advertising. She has also created illustrations for new brands and campaigns.
Outside of work, Ellie loves travelling to different cities, where she enjoys visiting local museums, and collecting postcards and stamps. She’s now visited over 25 cities in 15 countries, and loves to travel as it helps spark inspiration and strengthen her visual memory.

Jemma studied acting and performance at Sheffield Hallam University. During her study, she enjoyed organising film-based events, and sought a career path where she could blend her creative flair with her logistical skills. Jemma joins us having recently completed a 12 month internship at a Global Events agency in London, where she realised her passion for the events world, working on a range of small and large scale projects, both in the UK and abroad.
As well as a strong passion for travelling, Jemma loves theatre, having enjoyed performing on the West End as part of the Les Misérables Ensemble. Picking her favourite musical is tricky, with Phantom of the Opera and Moulin Rouge tied for top spot. An avid writer, Jemma is currently in the process of writing her first screenplay. Heracles comes from Cyprus, where he studied Multimedia and Graphic Arts, graduating top of his class. After a quick stop for work in Zurich, Switzerland, he decided to move to London in 2017. Amidst the chaos of the COVID pandemic, and while working as a Motion Graphics Designer, he completed his MA in Art History with Distinction. Other than English, he speaks Greek and Italian, and his next goal is to master Spanish.
While not in the office, he likes to watch films, play video games, wander for hours in museums and galleries, or pretend to work out in the gym. He is also driven by polymathy, often indulging in books and documentaries about a wide range of topics, from philosophy and linguistics, to sociology, history and archaeology.

Originally from Taiwan, with a background in 3D Design from UAL, Jeff launched his exhibition design career while studying, co-designing an exhibition for Tate Modern; “Power of Material: Coffee”. Since then, Jeff has worked on a variety of large-scale projects, from designing exhibition booths in Taipei, such as Taiwan Expo, to contributing to iconic London displays, such as the Carnaby Street and Regent Street Christmas installations.
Jeff thrives on problem-solving and enjoys the multifaceted nature of exhibition design—balancing creativity, functionality, and the delegate experience. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jeff brings a global perspective to our work, always seeking innovative ways to engage audiences through spatial storytelling.
Outside of work, Jeff finds inspiration in everyday joys. Whether he’s gaming, exploring exhibitions and parks, or sipping on his favourite bubble tea. A passionate home cook, he loves experimenting with recipes from around the world, always bringing a creative flair to everything he does.

Originally from Manchester, Olivia studied Graphic Design Communication at the Manchester School of Art. A concept-driven junior designer with an eye for detail and a considered, systematic approach, Olivia is always looking for ways to blend creativity with precision. After completing her studies, she gained valuable experience through two internships—one in Manchester and another in London—before deciding to make London her permanent home.
Eager to expand her skillset, Olivia has spent the last two years immersing herself in creative coding and interactive design, teaching herself JavaScript and exploring the intersection of technology and art. Her ability to combine artistic vision with technical know-how makes her a versatile and innovative designer.
Outside of work, Olivia’s passion for learning drives her to continually seek out new knowledge through podcasts and books. She also dedicates her free time to creating interactive art, a pursuit that fuels her creativity and deepens her understanding of the evolving landscape of design.

In 2013, Tanya joined the mccglc team and has grown within the company to take on the role of Head of Project Management. Throughout her time at mccglc she has delivered events all over the world, including Australia, Singapore and the US.
Tanya has an incredibly diverse portfolio of experience. In the pharma sector she has overseen and delivered events for many of our key clients, including Novartis and Bayer. Her expertise spans disease areas, and includes Respiratory, Ophthalmology, Immunology and Cardiology.
Tanya strength in Project Management comes from her dedication to her client’s needs. Always eager to go above and beyond, her strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike means she consistently delivers seamlessly executed events.

Attending the Applied Art School of Lisbon, Mariana explored disciplines such as photography, painting, ceramics, and architecture before specialising in graphic design. Mariana completed her BA in Design for communication at the School of Technology and Arts in Lisbon before moving to London for her MA at the University of Westminster. Graduating top of her class, Mariana then interned with the design department where she carved out a new role, innovating their visual identity.
Since joining mccglc in 2013 as a junior designer, Mariana has grown through the ranks to lead the 2D team, overseeing all aspects of graphical output across the company’s diverse portfolio. Now our Graphic Design Lead, Mariana’s deep understanding of design structure, partnered with razor-sharp attention to detail, enables her to transform ideas into deliberate, impactful visual communication.
Outside of work, Mariana is a free spirit, often found by the sea, swimming under the sun, or traveling to new destinations. Music, dancing, and sports keep her active and energised, while her love of exploration feeds back into her work, inspiring her designs with fresh perspectives.

This curiosity has led him to diverse roles across industries including Project Management, Account Management, Business Development and Marketing.
Despite the range of roles, Val found himself consistently gravitating towards uncovering the purpose of brands to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
Val has played a key role in launching brands, shaping messaging strategies, and developing content for major entities in the Middle East, including AI Everything, EDGE Group, and DarkMatter.

Edu possess an incredibly diverse skillset spanning special effects, 2D animation, post-production, and video production, bolstering our expertise. With a rich portfolio of experiences working with the likes of Land Rover, Microsoft, O2, Adidas (to name a few), Edu is a seasoned veteran at making the magic happen.
Outside of work, you can find Edu challenging the best at padel, playing his violin, exploring new destinations, or looking for the latest gadget in the market.

Roberto has worked for mccglc on and off since 2013, but became a mainstay of the team in 2018. Having worked as an IT consultant for many recognisable brands – Apple, Conde Nast and the European Space Agency, to name a few – he’s an expert in all things tech, and keeps our many, many bits of kit running smoothly.
Thankfully, he loves helping people, so is happy to answer the team’s never ending stream of IT questions. As part of the Administration Team, he’s responsible for the systems and processes that keep our information safe and the day to day running of the office seamless.

Santa’s journey into the world of design took shape at the Art Academy of Latvia, where they studied Conceptual Art. Santa went on to further cultivate her skills at Haute École des Arts du Rhin in Strasbourg. With a free and creative spirit, partnered with the belief that great visual communication relies on structure and research, Santa has a unique ability to make impactful visuals out of complex briefs.
Since joining mccglc as a junior designer, Santa has become a cornerstone of our creative and digital output, working across our entire portfolio. Now our digital lead, Santa’s role merges conceptual thinking with a practical, results-driven approach. With a deep understanding of design software and an energetic passion for her craft, Santa leads with trust, precision, and curiosity.
For Santa, life is a constant source of inspiration. Whether traveling to new places, connecting with people, or exploring the natural world, her adventurous spirit feeds her creative process. This boundless curiosity enriches her designs, making them as thoughtful and dynamic as her own journey.

Whilst studying for an MA in Interior and Spatial Design at the University of the Arts in London, Mitchell developed a passion for research and design communication. With a background in architecture, interior design, art and sales, he thrives at creating sensory experiences with a commercial mindset. It was this unique skill set that led to him joining the 3D team at mccglc.
Taking inspiration from everyday life and paying close attention to human behaviour, Mitchell always designs with human interactions in mind, and he loves exploring the diverse and vibrant city of London to spark new ideas.
During his downtime, Mitchell can be found behind the stove creating hearty dishes from around the world. Exploring flavours and cooking techniques is his favourite way to unwind. But if he’s short on time, he only needs one thing to keep him smiling…

Fernanda Graeff joins MCC with nearly 30 years of advertising experience across Brazil and the UK. Having worked with global firms like DDB and founded her own successful experiential agency serving clients like Pirelli and Audi, she holds degrees in Social Communications, Marketing, and Anthropology.
Fernanda prides herself on a natural ability to build trust and nurture client relationships. Outside of work, she is a morning person and passionate sports enthusiast—still harboring dreams of becoming the first female FIFA President. Above all, she is inspired by her daughters, Pipa and Duda, to lead with kindness and create positive impact.
Elliott has a broad range of experience in creative and commercial environments. He has written, managed and delivered campaigns for major brands including JLR, EasyJet, Lonza and the London Stock Exchange.
A passionate photographer and poet, he’s a dab hand at developing concepts and finding storylines that engage audiences. His work has been seen across continents, and closer to home in venues such as the ExCeL Centre and on the world-famous Piccadilly Circus screens.
When he isn’t working on a creative project, you’ll find him taking part in physical activities ranging from bouldering to karting.
Rugile joined MCCGLC as a Project Manager, bringing her experience from the fast-paced worlds of hospitality and corporate finance. Having spent over a decade in London, she previously sharpened her operational skills at one of the UK’s most prestigious restaurant groups and a leading global investment bank. This background allows her to thrive under pressure and bring a highly organised, person-centered approach to every project.
She enjoys collaborating closely with creative teams, focusing on bridging the gap between logistics and imagination to ensure every project achieves the best possible result.
Outside the office, Rugile is a self-confessed foodie. Originally from Lithuania, she is always on the lookout for London’s newest restaurant or hidden bar. She loves to balance the city’s energy with nature strolls or cooking with friends. A firm believer that the best work happens when teams are connected, Rugile is your go-to for a restaurant recommendation or for organising the next team social!
Dulween brings over 10 years of event planning experience to MCCGLC, ranging from weddings and parties to corporate functions. Before joining the team, she honed her creative and production skills at Stage Set Productions. An entrepreneur at heart, she also co-founded a business selling Gulab Jamun, a venture inspired by her Punjabi heritage and love for sweets.
Outside of work, Dulween is a foodie forever chasing the best dessert. She loves spending time with her family, particularly exploring the Cornish coastline with her two energetic sons, Ethan and Carter.
With a Master’s Degree from the Università Cattolica and Politecnico of Milan, Marta developed a strong foundation in art, culture, and design strategy.
Her career began at the British Museum, where precision and excellence set the standard early on. She then moved into fast-paced, tech-driven companies, building experience in operations and team coordination within rapidly growing environments.
Today, as Team Operations Manager at mccglc, she keeps fast-paced teams aligned and organised – bringing calm and clarity to creative environments.
Outside work, she is usually horse riding, cuddling with cats, making jewellery, reading, or deep into films and series.
A graduate of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Will Garner joins MCCGLC as a Senior Project Manager. He brings a passion for realizing big ideas, with a background ranging from the magical Wizarding World at House of MinaLima to bold activations with We Are Placemaking, including Olympic fan zones.
Will has collaborated with major clients such as Warner Bros and Grosvenor Estates, and is currently focused on exciting projects for Novartis. Outside of work, you will likely find him dancing, visiting theme parks, unwinding with paint-by-numbers, or discovering new music.
Matty has a broad range of experience in the events industry, spanning six years of curating and delivering high-level activations. Having studied Politics with International Relations at the University of Sussex, he has managed projects for major brands including PepsiCo and Pladis across the UK, as well as delivering travel incentives that create lifelong memories.
An entrepreneurial spirit, Matty also ran a successful events business during his time at university, delivering house music events for students. In his current role, he focuses on supporting project managers to ensure every event is delivered at the highest quality, driven by the satisfaction of completing a project alongside a dedicated team.
When he isn’t delivering a major event, you’ll find Matty focusing on his fitness, particularly running. He is also deeply into fashion and music, with experience in modelling and a passion for attending live music events.
Jenny joins MCCGLC as a Senior Project Manager after seven years of agency hustle, where she sharpened her skills working with global brands like TikTok and Google. A passionate dancer, she believes project management is much like dance—requiring timing, flow, and a bit of flair. Jenny loves bringing a spark of joy and momentum to every team she is a part of.
Off the clock, she is a true explorer and foodie. You will likely find her hiking, traveling to new cities, soaking up the sun on a beach holiday, or experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
With a Senegalese background, French citizenship, and an American education, Becaye describes himself as a “Globalista.” He brings diverse experience to MCCGLC as a Senior Project Manager, having previously worked across industries including Finance, Aviation, Fashion, and Events.
His professional approach is centered on people, driven by a genuine desire to learn something new from everyone he meets. Outside of work, Becaye appreciates life’s simplest pleasures: good food, books, movies, great company, and a good run.
Originally from Heathfield, East Sussex, James has called London home for nearly a decade. He graduated with First Class Honours in Digital Media from the University of Portsmouth. Before joining mccglc, James spent seven years honing his craft in the fitness and gaming sectors, creating dynamic digital content for brands like Science in Sport and MiniClip.
James is our Senior Digital Designer, bringing a wealth of experience in motion graphics, multi-channel campaigns and interface design. He combines technical expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and host of other tools, with a strategic eye for storyboards, social media and commercial assets.
This passion for fitness explains the yellow kettlebells in his profile picture. For James, the creative process is a workout of its own; he loves the challenge of “heavy lifting”- whether that’s physically in the gym, or mentally elevating a complex brief into a powerful design idea.
Born in the Netherlands and raised across the United States, France, and Switzerland, Winter joins MCCGLC as a fresh STEM graduate from UCL. An amateur polyglot with two years of solo world travel under his belt, he brings a wealth of international experience and a global perspective that helps him naturally connect with diverse audiences.
Winter wrote his Masters thesis on reframing Brutalism for modern ecological standards, and so he brings his passion for design research to MCCGLC as a Creative Strategist. Here, he focuses on translating complex insights into actionable brand narratives, helping clients bridge the gap between immediate creative impact and resilient, long-term vision.
Outside of work, you can find Winter on his bike, producing macbook music, scouring an obscure wine list, or heading back into nature far beyond London’s limits.
