Hailing from a background in International Business Management, Jenna has the credentials to more than hold her own in our Events team. As a natural project overseer – when the heat of a day’s challenges are simmering down, she’ll be found retiring to her crow’s nest to reassess the wider view, and pick out the potential issues looming. It’s precisely because she seems to observe in wide-angle, that she is so rewarding to collaborate with, as often she’ll bring new perspectives or help in identifying the priorities in a role which is natively structured around keeping ahead in a number of contiguous processes. This may be why she enjoys the International scope of the projects; versing herself in the methodologies and vocabularies of the worlds of her clients, whilst navigating the landscape of cultural variations. You’ve got to feel liberated to coordinate in the way Jenna does, and she says that’s testament to the ‘zero bureaucracy policy’ at MCCGLC. The young heads rubbing together makes for new approaches to old problems, and a sense of joyful discovery in getting there.
