You can see he never allows himself to be bored. Always very intimate with the product, in the knowledge that it will never be the same twice; Luis embodies that bravery of design. As an able cook at home, this is a man who likes to get all the ingredients working together. Project Management is a thrill he tells me, moving from being the technician, to the overseer - making it all flow together by beating the challenges as they arise is an excitement which never dulls. From a more engineering inclined background, Luis is often the man to ask if something can be done, for which this craftsman will usually have a solution to hand. He likes a pretence-free workplace that knows how to enjoy itself, and helping a client to stand-out-from-the-crowd every time.
