FINANCE DIRECTOR

KAMIL PERUCKI
I don’t know where Kamil gets his energy from, I can’t figure out his power source. What I do know is that he seems to thrive on pressure, and invite responsibility. Which helps, as he is the nexus through which many of the client logistics are processed. His character is undeniably stable, and this stability translates into the way the business conducts itself. He has real drive, and when you speak with him there is a strong sense of the plurality of his ambition – business affairs should be international, challenges should be multi-disciplinary, deadlines brief and frequent. This is a man who has no laurels to rest on, he’s an engine. And a wonderfully congenial one at that, impeccably courteous, but with teeth to show the troublemakers. As Associate Finance Director, his approach is to be a visible part of a defined structure. Suppliers are thankful for him, clients adore him, and bankers respect him. He might be a master of economics, but he also manages to be a master of controlled chaos. His sense of purpose is tangible. I think his description of the unique nature of MCCGLC defines him as much as it does the business, ‘Because we are different, we can create something different.’
