This is one articulate lady, but I can’t help feeling that numbers still might just be Janki’s first language. I don’t think there’s a safer cashflow in the city. She makes the routines of flow and balance as easy as a fisherman judging the tides. To such a degree, that this trained mathematician crunches her way into mapping ahead, and ensuring the company path ahead is as much of a cruise as its past. Reading the books is one thing, but reading ahead is an altogether darker art. As a classical dancer from the age of 5, what was a social, playful gathering of friends, today rewards her with its rich traditions, cultures, and rhythms. The same sense of order and gentle fluidity defines her work with us, with so much of what she accomplishes being invisible because its done so competently that it never becomes visible. Right now, she’s loving learning from the patterns of the company, and seeing a fast-evolving business secure itself against the storms. How would you describe MCCGLC? Close-knit.
